Pros

flexible hours, nice people to work with, laid back atmosphere, can wear jeans and tennis shoes to work so no need to dress up

Cons

I work as a telephone answering person here and I understand that there is no hope for a raise even after 1 year of employment. I understand the Christmas bonus is only 10.00. Very low pay

Pros

Great company to work for, friendly staff, feels like a community. Able to share ideas and get your voice heard within the company. Small departments and friendly managers, environment that encourages open communication.

Cons

Could be more advancement opportunities within specific departments, some departments are growing faster than others so it depends on what you want to do in the company.

Pros

Always had great people to work with....but that gets sad when they get fired after several months.

Cons

Everything...CEO micro-manages everything down to what toilet paper the company uses. Stress to reach impossible goals...and basically everyone is nervous because of the CEO...The bottom line is this, when the bulls eye is on you, GET OUT....
