Pros

- Adequate Pay - Remote work available on specific condition - No work outside of scheduled hours - Will probably be around for a while thanks to need for call centers

Cons

- Terrible Benefits - PTO policy is awful - Sick leave policy is awful - Mismanaged - Bloated, almost more managers than lower level employees - Not for experts/experienced workers - Restrictive in-person policies - Pay is only adequate, not great - Non-existent culture - Poor communication & training

Pros

Leadership has the company ideally positioned to take advantage of explosive growth. The company has doubled in size in the last 18 months. Why? Smart people doing the right things – training, enhancing benefits, expanding offerings, and assuring clients have an excellent experience.

Cons

I would not change anything.

Not bad, it's a job

Pros

Working remote; some coworkers are very nice and helpful, others can have an attitude when you try to help them out. Laid-back work environment, helped me gain better customer service skills. It helps if you're tech-savvy because sometimes people don't respond in time to help you with the issue you're having. Otherwise most of the higher-ups are extremely nice and helpful.

Cons

Very quick onboarding process, the training you're given doesn't give you a chance to become familiar with the system, you're kind of thrown to the wolves. No one really introduces themselves so sometimes it's difficult to know who to email; your supervisor will save you.

Horrible to work for

Pros

At first glance, I’d say working remotely but not really.

Cons

Horrible to work for when your dealing with idiot managers and Supervisors. Said because there is a huge lack of communication misinformation giving between different managers and Supervisors. Which they are to blame; lack of training then reprimand for what they didn’t teach, or where you were told something different. You and severally other were placed in a specific group to do certain things. But either the other managers are horrible or our leads aren’t indulging full information. However even stated by them to make something known in group. Well that supervisor will announce that group to do their roles. Yet hire ups are idiots wondering why your not in a call when we’re doing as requested. In an emergency sending messages they go unanswered they get back to you late with a reprimand why you didn’t contact someone. I did and if the computer is down how else do I tell that. Your own leads won’t back their team and it’s pass the buck blame game. No wonder it is a huge turnover everyone even supervisors Are quitting or getting fired. Horrible

Disorganized and Chaotic

Pros

Easy interview and quick hiring.

Cons

Poor organization. Communication during training was poor. Low pay Training is poorly done. They have outdated screen recordings for you to watch of their software they use and then they expect you to sight read every script that is popped up in front of you during a call with no prior experience with that client.
