Sales staff is sub-par Too many underqualified people in positions of authority. Often times people are put into positions with little or no training or direction and are set up for failure.

They withheld my last paycheck for licensing fees. This is ILLEGAL. If you are a licesned insurance agent avoid this corrupt company. They said I did not pass plansource training fired me and with held last two weeks pay. I will be filling a claim with Pa EOE against this company and Gary Puddles.

When you accept a job here, you are expected to continue training throughout your employment to take calls for all the clients. However, it is rapidly made clear that if you do pursue advancement in this place that it is discouraged. "Up-and-comers" are met with blatant hostility as this workplace only seeks to use people who have no where else to go for work. I was hired with minimum pay and given only a $.50 pay increase for managerial work. The owner is blatantly negative and dismissive toward any ideas or plans for improvement. Working here is the epitome of a waste of life.
