Pros

I joined sometime in oracle and I must say the training is good. You will get to know a lot of information in the training. The instructor is aware of what he is teaching and knows his subject. The training will help you succeed in the job.

Cons

Certain aspects of the training can be better. They should focus on some modules that are more in the market. More clarity required from the Chicago Office. Very Poor administration in Chicago Office. Also they have an attitude like they do not care for you. However, the main thing would be is that they should have more direct clients and compromise on certain issues that will benefit the consultant. It would help if the pay was higher. Politics in sales team who are located in india and they are partial to few trainees and other trainees should wait for their interview calls for months No Proper communication between administration and consultants Fake Promises Training is mostly video based not In-class So Many hidden clause which they don't mention the time you join. Very poor marketing Takes almost 6-7 mints to get placed including training period.

Pros

Nothing. They send you chocolates every new year! Joke of the year! Ashamed to even write that as a Pro!

Cons

They treat you like crap when you say you are quitting. They dont take action to reduce the attrition rate. They dont try to convince the candidate to stay with them. But instead their attitude is 'You can leave but we wont give u any I-140 documents. We will get more candidates (who work for less pay) and our business is not relied on yours alone'. i can see that this company doesnt not have any future. Anyone who mentioned marketing is good is totally insane. They dont have any direct clients. They are in the third layer, meaning - they contract to another client who contracts to another client and then the main client comes in picture. Marketing team has nothing to do with direct clients. Marketing team works from India who talk to other Indian consulting companies - not to US clients directly. Had to give one star because giving negative value is not allowed in Glassdoor!!

This ex-employee appears to have an axe to grind. APOLIS has been in business since 1996 and we have grown significantly over the years. APOLIS has many US-based sales and marketing staff who speak perfect English. We have many excellent direct customers (see our website for examples). We also proudly work through Master Vendors. We offer very competitive compensation depending upon the consultant's experience and, of course, the client-engagement.

Pros

good company to start your career (should leave this company after 1 year)

Cons

In emergency or in any circumstance if you try reaching any department they won't respond. Send email to enquire about something important no one responds. No healthy environment for professionals (consultants) You will get very low salary compare to the market. There is no quality inside RJT its just buildup.

These comments concern us because we have nearly a dozen staff members in position to address every employee's concerns. It is hard to comment on this review without knowing the specific situation however there is a management hierarchy in the company and if he/she was not getting the necessary attention, the request could be kicked up to the next level. As to his/her comments on low salary, I do not agree. APOLIS pays market rates depending upon experience and the client-engagement.
