Pros

Apollo.io is in a growth phase where many recruiting processes are being built out - love the building process! Great work/life balance Flexible - company encourages you to step away from your desk when needed

Cons

Due to Apollo still being a start up, you can definitely feel the growing pains at times with processes not fully ironed out, priorities changes rather quickly and shifting. I came from a larger company and although processes were structured, priorities did shift pretty often so that is not an issue for me, personally.

Things do change quickly here and I'm fully invested in trying to bring more predictability and consistency to our hiring processes in particular, which I know directs affects your role. It's a work in progress and I think you for your patience as we continue to optimise and iterate.
