Thanks for being part of our engineering team, based out of Switzerland! Appreciate the positive shout outs on autonomy to work, which we pride ourselves on and also being data driven, which you know we are laser focused on. I also 100% agree we like to have healthy debates using this data with all levels of our leadership team, and then we commit and go collectively after solutions. Also, hear you on growing pains when a company is growing so quickly, we're working constantly adapting and changing to set up for success not just in the now but in the future, your feedback on how we can do even better is always welcome, so feel free to ping me any time and I'd be happy to pass on this information to the senior leadership team!
