      1. Smart people 2. Amazing product 3. Unlimited PTO 4. Good managers 5. Great runway 6. Market opportunity is massive

      Cons

      1. You have to put in the work ( not really a con but depends on your perspective ) 2. Sometimes the timezones can be challenging as meetings occasionally run late into the evening.

      There are so many talented folks across all departments. The culture of recognition and support is great. Strong emphasis is given to follow company values which makes working here quite enjoyable.

      Cross-timezone coordination sometimes leads to improper body schedule
