      Pros

      Great team environment, managers were flexible, overall it was a very fun place to work. The discounts were nice too. They give you more tables than you can handle to maximize the money you make.

      Cons

      Sometimes managers can seem a bit over powering. Hours are VERY long, sometimes 8, 9, 10 even 12 hour shifts of standing.

      Pros

      Fun people to work with, the management was nice, you were never bored because people were always coming in, even during the slow hours between the lunch and dinner rush there was stuff to do.

      Cons

      Very hard to advance - you must be a hostess for a whlie before you can even begin training as a server.

      Pros

      Working a year and a half at Applebee's, I have never been more close to the employees that also worked there. They are much more than friends to me. I have learned so much in customer experience and satisfaction. The pay isn't terrible either if you know what you're doing.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. If it's not hiding in the office ignoring you, the customer, or the problem; they're stressing out over nothing due to lack of training. Customers, management, and upper management have no respect for any of their employees.
