Thank you for sharing your perspective. The process of transforming into a global innovator of high-performance products is a challenging one, but we’re proud of our progress over the past several years. New products like Trinohex Ultra, Vydyne AVS, HiDura, Acteev and ReDefyne have opened the door to new markets and are tracking with the roadmaps our customers have for their future innovations, as well. Our European teams in Fosses, Mozatte and Tilburg are doing great work despite the difficulties the war in Ukraine has forced on all businesses, and we greatly appreciate their contributions to our continued growth. -Tony Ferguson, communications team

Pros

Low SJW nonsense. Low pandering. Low political agenda driving and indoctrination. They don’t make you do mandatory social training that will make you want to blow your brains out.

Cons

Starting pay is good, but if you want it to keep up, you might have to twist an arm.

Pros

There are none... The leadership team has destroyed this once thriving company with lies and massive cover-ups.

Cons

Cons should be the new name of this company... Its a great term that describes the executive level leadership...

We work hard to be transparent by sharing company strategy and performance in weekly calls with company leaders and quarterly town hall meetings with the CEO. Each of our senior leaders also operates with an open-door policy, inviting feedback and conversation. We know that different people have different experiences within an organization, and I’m sorry that your experience has led to this view. However, if you’d like to share specifics on how we can do better, we are always open for discussions on making improvements – please reach out. Thank you for sharing your feedback. -Tony Ferguson, communications team
