Critical processes and systems are not in place . This makes it difficult to do the jobs we are asked to do. Company continues to grow quickly without first getting processes in place. “Figure it out as you go” mentality. Compensation and total rewards are lacking. Less than equitable pay for the responsibility that is expected.

Focused solely on fiscal gains and acquisitions of more facilities/ service areas. Pay for their company’s employees is terrible. Have not had a market-based raise in at least 3 yrs. “Merit-based raises” are a convenient tool for upper admin to control department budgeting. Provider metrics are another convenient way to rig the system in favor of paying providers less. Rural communities are being highly underserved by the healthcare organization that sought to buy out their previously standing healthcare facility. Patient care and quality-level services are not priorities.
