      Terrible hours Peanuts pay They want you to be multitasked for no extra pay Awful management - like children A lot of brown-nosing by employees Not long enough breaks/lunch for how stressful the job can get

      - supportive managers and teams - opportunity to work on high profile projects and with very smart people - secure and comfortable job - work/life balance is great

      Cons

      - not a place for young, ambitious professionals - not growth opportunities- most people stay in the same role forever - not a fun place to work; it's a typical, stuffy insurance company; internal culture is non-existant - pay is good but asking for a raise is very much against company culture; you have to wait for it to be offered - it takes a long time to get things done- people move very slowly and almost no one stays past 5pm. For someone who likes fast-paced environment, this isn't it.
