Pros

Weekly mileage reimbursement (since you use your personal vehicle), sales commission, PT starts at $21/hr., some coaches are okay,

Cons

Sales, micromanagement, they take 50 miles off your last job because "you don't get paid to go home" yet the next major city around here is 50 mi give or take, they tell you to make a pitch yourself but then want you to do it their way, high expectations for backhanded comments, no coach in our market causing conflict between their expectations for their market and the expectations for GR market, making our customers feel uncomfortable after Asurion gave them the option for same day delivery or activation and making us try to convince the customer to go against what they want.

Pros

pay was decent and people were awesome.

Cons

toxic popularity contest culture, toxic leaders that are never on the same page, providing mixed information that can and will cost people jobs, selective corrective action and terminations, they just sweep it all under the rug unless your not in the in-crowd.

Pros

Easy to promote Relatively flexible schedule Leadership Development Can have bad customer satisfaction scores as long as sales numbers are at goal

Cons

Cares more about sales performance Operations Managers constantly threaten to fire you and your whole team over sales. Teams with good sales face no consequences for poor performance elsewhere Promoting beyond Supervisor impossible unless you have friends at higher levels or are a "Yes Man"
