Pros

Good pay for the first few weeks of training

Cons

Training is sales based only. Half of your job is tech support and they provide NO training on the use of their tools for providing tech support. They only care about sales and expect you to learn to use the tools on the fly with no guidance, while dealing with angry customers, and you're expected to sell products to these customers that are only interested in the technical support that you are unable to give them due to the lack of experience and training with the tools they provide you. Terrible greedy business structure.

Pros

I’m currently an AE Messaging expert (WFM), the title may also be “technical support & sales.” pros - flexibility - can move your schedule and basically create your own schedule if you needed or wanted to - you basically create your own pay. if you’re disciplined and set goals for yourself, you can easily make $25+ /hr. one of the best paying companies out there for entry roles, imo - extracurricular activities (ERGs); they’re basically like clubs, and you get to meet new people, network, and get out of your work routine when you become involved - apprenticeships programs - PTO, and VTO when available - remote opportunities

Cons

sales does get stressful, and this is everyone’s biggest concern but i think the real con is when you don’t have a genuinely supportive coach / OM. some people don’t make the effort to really coach you, which unfortunately puts our job on the line, which leads to advice for upper mngt…
