      Gossiping and backbiting; frequent hiring and firing/layoff cycles; poor code quality; extreme disorganisation.

      Pros

      Plenty to do, very fast moving.

      Cons

      Suffers from bad management structure and lack of communication between the different departments. Everybody seems to be doing thier own thing and never on the same page. They also suffer from technological growing pains. Refusing to adapt an efficient sales software across the entire company.

      Culture of threats and scare tactics

      rapidly growing company with plenty of job opportunities. large work at home workforce

      Cons

      treats work at home call center employees like cattle. The focus is on driving sales and nothing else. The leaders from the top down talk a good game but when you interact with them its clear they could care less about the value you bring.
