Pros

Work From Home Very felxible time off at first

Cons

Management is a bunch of untrained bullies They decided to take away Work From Home options and wanted me to drive an hour to do a mediocre job that limits future employment options This is supposed to be an "IT" job, real IT people would skip over this "work experience" due to there reputation and overall business / work etiquette or just throw my resume away

Pros

Asurion pays a very good starting wage $14.50 ($15.50 bilingual) plus shift differentials which is great for a call center and Phoenix. You can also earn a monthly bonus by just showing up to work, doing your job and working hard consistently. There is also opportunities for OT and VTO (Go home early unpaid). They offer great and affordable benefits such as medical, dental, vision and so much more including matching 401k. You can earn a decent amount of PTO which you can use for vacation and sick days. They have paid holidays. Asurion is a great company to work for and earn good money. You can actually support a family working here. They even give yearly raises. One hour lunches and three 10 minute breaks are also offered for your 8 hour shift.

Cons

The ICP (Bonus Program) is always changing and it can be hard to keep track of. I really given up on it trying to earn max bonus which is somewhere around $500 but again if you come in everyday, work hard and do your job you should at least bonus up to $300 per month. I never had any real issues with leadership some can be lazy and give you a hard time when you ask for help. Asurion is a call center and the monatany and repitition of the job can drain you as an agent on the phone. No other cons to mention.
