      Terrible Company, Terrible Values, Terrible Practices

      Pros

      Pay is decent, On-Site food is generally pretty good.

      Cons

      Literally impossible metrics, business practices are sketchy, make employees with disabilities jump through hoops to apply for accommodations only to deny them, HR is slow to respond to queries, their clients control all business practices, a day off for illness hits your metrics hard.

      Pros

      The pay is decent, the option to use Voluntary Time Off (VTO) paid/unpaid, the option to choose your schedule.

      Cons

      Management is very flip-floppy and inconsistent. All management cares about is numbers. They do not care about you as an individual. In my experience, I was assumed to know everything about technology. I felt like a bother when I had a question. Way too much is expected from you considering the quality of training.

      Great company and smart people however leadership team could improve

      Pros

      A great company for entry level employees to gain valuable hands-on experience. You have the opportunity to transfer to different areas of the company to gain new skills. Team members are creative, smart and supportive.

      Cons

      The culture is too political and cutthroat at the manager level and above. Promotions are made based on being in the right clique vs an individual's talent. Leadership hasn't figured out how to align departments to an agile delivery model so reorganizations occur about every three months.
