Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are willing to help whenever needed. Lots of support throughout the organization and recognition of staff. A whole fleet of company vehicles for field staff to use, so you never use your own vehicle.

Cons

The nature of work doesn't allow for scheduling to be done in advance, but you'll know your schedule for the following day around 5 pm.
