We strive to ensure our employees know they are valued, and we are sorry you did not have a better experience. To address your concern about the irregular scheduling: Please note that due to the nature of the construction industry and the intermittent need for the services provided by ATL, scheduling for the following day’s jobs does not occur until the afternoon each day. We recognize this can be difficult and do everything we can to communicate assignments as timely as possible, while maintaining a high level of service to our clients.

Benefits, Certifications, I enjoyed the travel daily

Cons

Don’t know schedule until night before, not much upward mobility at all even with a related degree, and pretty soul draining still… project monitoring also presents hazards that I don’t feel are adequately addressed so your safety is on you and you need to really think about that
