Pros

Very helpful Leadership. They have some very knowledgeable people that are willing to teach you. Makes sure you are comfortable with what you are doing.

Cons

Only con is getting the schedule last minute but that comes with the territory of the construction trade.

Pros

Good resume builder for the future. Managment can be helpful. Good overtime opportunities during busy seasons if that's what you want.

Cons

Work/Life balance is very low to non-existent. Most of the time you won't know what your schedule for the next day until the evening before, which can easily be a 2.5 hour drive at 430 in the morning or a second shift job. Job titles are misleading as well. You will often be doing tasks that you were not hired for.

There is often ample overtime avaliable, with the exception of during slow seasons.

Cons

Company culture is extremely toxic in general, offices are severely understaffed and overworked, yet you are likely to be delegated increasing work without reflection in salary or promotion
