I started as a junior technician 15 years ago, with the intent of using this job as a stepping stone to other jobs. But, I had a great team of coworkers who mentored me and encouraged me to keep advancing my skills and professional knowledge. Even at the first end-of-year party for the company, the owner of the company and senior leadership always took the time to learn the names and faces of new employees, and to take a few minutes to talk face to face. Now, even 15 years later, new employees are still greeted, supported and encouraged by the senior leadership.
