We're grateful for your unwavering support for our families here at ALP, and it brings us so much joy to hear you enjoy working with our kiddos. We may be partial, but we absolutely adore them, too! Supporting our clients and witnessing their growth is the heart and soul of being a Behavior Technician. Our BTs are the centerpiece for what we do at ALP, and you play a crucial role in the lives of the children and families you work with. We do understand the crucial role that strong communication plays in success, especially when working with such a diverse and dispersed team. The value of open and honest communication is a priority of our organization, and we're dedicated to fostering it in every aspect of our work. Thank you for the dedication and care you bring to the families we serve.

Thank you so much for all of the support you provided our families during your time at ALP. We agree the best part of this job is working with the kids and their families. Continued learning is a big part of how you grow in your career which makes it important to ALP. We encourage this in a variety of ways, including tuition discounts for continued education, excellent mentorship programs, annual reviews, pay reviews twice a year for Behavior Technicians, and advancement opportunities. This is a great field to get real hands-on experience and see ABA working in real time. At ALP, we strive to provide a variety of support options for our clients, whether it be in a traditional clinic setting or in the comfort of their own homes. Each approach has its own unique benefits, and our goal is to ensure we use the method that works best for each individual client. We want to extend our sincere appreciation for your dedication and hard work with our families during your time at ALP. As you move on to new opportunities, we wish you all the best.
