Continued learning is a big part of how you grow in your career which makes it important to ALP. We encourage this in a variety of ways, including tuition discounts for continued education, excellent mentorship programs, annual reviews, pay reviews twice a year for Behavior Technicians, and advancement opportunities. This is a great field to get real hands-on experience and see ABA working in real time.
