Pros

-Extensive training -Good relationships with family and clients -Field trainers are responsive to questions -great if you like working with kids

Cons

-was under the impression that this would be a full time position but was only given part time hours -Only available evening hours, meaning you have to wait all day to work -Low hours + bi weekly= not the best

Pros

The clients! I loved my clients so much and the work was fulfilling in that aspect.

Cons

Everything else! The management was horrible and it's clear the higher ups only cared about getting as many billing hours as possible regardless of it it was beneficial or not to the client.

Pros

I love working with kiddos and the families and my team is very supportive. Working with kids is tough bbut rewarding. Not every day is a win but when you get a win and see progress it's an amazing feeling

Cons

Pay is way too low and as a Behavior Tech I feel like I am the lowest on the totem pole even though I am breaking my back everyday with these kids.
