Auto-Owners Insurance Associate Claims Representative/Field Claims Representative reviews

This company’s base pay does not seem to take into account what the market is doing. They are unwilling to work with hard working employees and make appropriate adjustments to their salaries based upon performance. I recently asked that upper management relook at my base compensation. They responded and stated that there was nothing that they could do but if I did find another job offer come to them first to show I was serious about leaving and then they would look at my request harder. I don’t want to leave the company but if this is how they want to treat us then I am going to start looking.
