      What an incredible and unique company working on cutting-edge automation technology! Mel, the CEO, is an absolutely incredible visionary!! He's determined to succeed and to bring EVERYONE along with him. He's proven time and again that he's dedicated to making sure all his employees are taken care of. He's offered millions of dollars to sell the company every month but he remains humble and focused on bringing everyone that's helped him achieve success along with him. He knows everyone at the company by name and takes time to know about their life and family story. No where in my 20+ years have I ever met a CEO who cares more passionately, enthusiastically and personally about his employees! ASI is unconditionally the BEST place for anyone to come and grow and learn and change as the technology changes. If you are someone looking for a structured, static and frankly boring work environment, this is NOT the place for you. However, if you thrive on challenges, change and many opportunities to grow technically and personally, then there is no better place in Utah to work!

      Cons

      It's a fast paced, growing company. As with many other emerging industries, there are lots of challenges and hurdles that are often frustrating. But these growth pains are a sign of challenge and growth. Not everyone thrives in that type of environment, which is fine, but for those who seek HUGE growth potential, ASI is a company unlike any other!

      Pros

      It's a small company, every person counts! Definitely not a company that you would just blend into the background. Really great PTO, benefits, and culture! The staff is friendly and easy to get along with. The work is varied and really enjoyable. I love working in a rural (down a dirt road) location. If you are an urban-person, this probably isn't the place for you.

      Cons

      It's a small company going through growing pains. Funding is currently through projects, so it has its ups and downs. There's not a lot of industry standards around autonomous vehicles, so it is a learning curve not only for ASI, but also the whole industry.

      Pros

      We are building robots in all sorts of industrial spaces. The technology is great. The people are better. The company has a fantastic and friendly culture.

      Cons

      ASI is a growing and there are always some struggles with growth. But that can also be fun.
