Pros

You'll be given a high base salary, great benefits a company car and the ability to work from your home office.

Cons

The company is losing its dominance in the marketplace. Goals are unreasonable in high penetration markets. Dealers are cancelling left and right and you get dinged for it. Intense pressure from sales managers and product managers to sell overpriced and useless products to dealers who are already trying to cancel the core product. Top managers jumping ship on a regular basis and reps transferring to other positions. Also, I hope you like to travel because you're going to spend a lot of time out of your market.
