      Pros

      I enjoyed not working out on the road instead of being stuck in an office.

      Cons

      My manager never once contacted me other than to berate me and when I would look for assistance he never once wanted to help with situations. The company let go of 3 people in my first week and expected me to just spontaneously learn everything in a week. They claim to have a zero tolerance policy but pick and choose what employees they enforce that policy on. As an assistant manager I never once felt like I had any voice since I would always recommend things we can do to elevate the guest experience and would always be shut down or told it wasn’t a big picture idea “ “ I had to reach out to different managers from other markets to get any kind of advice since everyone was very much every man for themselves. Also the price for the homes were outrageous for what you get.

      Please - Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. so many great companies out there. They will NOT value you - HORRIBLE "Leadership" - Don't know how to have RESPECT common decency - "leaders" don't know what they are doing blind leading the blind -LAY OFFS ( hundred and hundred) of lay offs not every once in a while every month - lack of appreciation -overworked/ underpaid - No job security FAKE REVIEWS- They got so many BAD reviews they begged current employees by bribing them to run on here and leave good reviews so y'all can be tricked into applying.

      The overall team is passionate & cross-departmental functions work well together.

      Cons

      Executive leadership lacks experience & wisdom to guide the company into a new error. The team has a tremendous amount of startup expertise but that’s about it.
