      Little Value for EHS Proffesionals

      Pros

      The organization continually promotes safety as a value. They have many good people working for them, but in 18 months, I was one of only two managers left at the site. six managers were replaced or left for other opportunities.

      Cons

      The turnover in EHS is less than 2 years on average. I was let go after 18 months, no cause was given other than my manager wanted a change. I was provided a two week severance, after relocating my family 18 months prior.

      Good compensation package and work/life balance Knowledgeable colleagues

      Cons

      Never seen a more political company and the one who shouts loudest wins Backstabbing colleagues continue without repercussions from their manager Reorg cycles mean good colleagues are let go without a second thought - don't believe the BS about "we value our employees, ... bla bla"; if your number is up then you are gone the next day

      this company is going to bankrupt soon. products have no quality and no tech, can not compete against 3M, Fuller. Product data were heavily made up.
