Pros

- Good if it’s your first job out of undergrad - I personally think I had a good team

Cons

- Salary is below average salary within any field/position - You may get a promotion on paper, but won’t get a salary promotion until a year after agreeing (Even though you’re expected to still do the extra work) - Micromanaging from managers, even when you have exceeded expectations and have accomplished your duties (I know you shouldn’t “stop” working then but it is still ridiculous) - Would get workload outside of job duty (Our team would get QA assignments even though there is a well-established QA team) - Employee turnover rate is so high, I have seen employees quit even after being promoted - Big projects have fallen behind due to so many employees quitting and lack or proper management from VPs and other leaders - You will have to track down HR because they are most likely to not answer your emails or messages within a matter of days - Benefits are a joke

Pros

None that I am aware of

Cons

From my experience - dishonest, hypocritical, disorganized and unprofessional management team that displayed no regard for employee satisfaction. The firm states they are a meritocracy. However, from my experience the people I dealt with (at various levels of the firm) were far from professional, knowledgeable, and didn't possess the qualities you would expect from a meritocracy. If you google the CEO and the company you will find articles that show they have little to no regard for clients and put revenue above client satisfaction and above "doing the right thing".

Sorry to see this. The experience and behaviors you describe are inconsistent with our culture and values. At Axos, we value honesty, emotional involvement, respect and responsibility, among other traits. Customer success is core to our value proposition. And as a meritocracy, we're committed to ensuring that team members who meet or exceed their performance goals are rewarded accordingly -- both in terms of pay and added responsibility. It sounds like perhaps this was just not the right fit, and we hope you find a better one.

Pros

*Will gain tons of experience *Challenging Work keeps from getting boring/repetitive *Bank Holidays

Cons

*Heavy Workload and it is not fairly distributed meaning one person can end up doing all of the work *High Turnover Rate and to cheap to replace meaning work is piled on. *Promotions with no pay raise but will tell you “in 6 months once it’s review time we can revisit” *No work life balance had RMs asking me to call trustees on holidays *RMs don’t respect the contact center representatives who do their jobs for them *lousy bonuses after 3 years at axos seen a 3k increase in salary new job I get a 5 percent increase in salary every year *they don’t encourage time off if you try to take more than a week off will be a fight for what you’ve earned *No option to work remotely and at beginning of pandemic when offices closed the CEO sent a letter saying that working from home is not a vacation and that he is installing tracking software to make sure we are productive when he should have be trying to be comforting and encouraging in a time of confusion. *Very Clickish have to be a good axkisser to get promoted

Sorry to hear this. Sounds like Axos isn't the right fit for you, which is OK: we're comfortable with our culture and realize it's not for everyone. We hope you find a better fit.
