Pros

Modern banking environment, decent compensation, and friendly teammates. Company serious about investing in new tools and technology. Not an easy job (tough to deal with so many accounts, payments, and financial tools), but the managers are helpful and always ready to guide. Opportunities to expand my knowledge and improve my skills.

Cons

Digital bank, so no face-to-face interaction with customers; many compliance and security requirements.

Axos offers opportunities for growth in a highly regulated banking environment where structure, governance, and controls are essential to how we operate. While base compensation is one component of our total rewards philosophy, overall compensation also includes performance-based semi‑annual bonuses designed to remain competitive within the industry.

Pros

High Salary 2 performance bonuses Annually

Cons

No role clarity - you are senior QA but you perform QA lead and manager responsibilities. No standard practices. False Promises on Trainings.

Axos operates in a fast‑moving, highly regulated environment where QA roles are designed to be adaptable and hands‑on. Senior QA positions are expected to demonstrate broad technical expertise, ownership, and leadership as priorities and initiatives evolve. Practices and training are aligned to platform and team needs, and development discussions should be addressed directly with managers and HRBPs.
