management. all around management. micro managing continuously, half the supervision has no clue what is going on. High burn out rates, coupled with ridiculous expectations, and wacky work hours. This is more of a build my resume kind of job. The company just recently had an overhaul of its higher ups, and now its more documenting than actual work.

The workplace was inhumane -- essentially one would go to work and could easily not interact with another human for multiple weeks. I was previously working remotely (for a different company), part of the thinking behind accepting the job was to be part of a more collaborative environment, this was most certainly not the case. Legacy tech stack - permission required to update a dependency/etc... This is by far the worst place I ever worked, I left as soon as possible -- this is in spite of some of the work actually being interesting... the office culture was exceptionally terrible.
