Continual promotion of incompetent people including managers No leadership skills - do as I say, not as I do No support - the higher level manners just CYA when put in a difficult situation and should be working with the employees

The home office program managers and underwriters are condescending, vindictive, slow, and go out of their way to belittle field underwriters. Don't worry about authority, you won't have any. That price changes $1, get ready for rereferral process starting at beginning. All of management is Caucasian and male.
