Pros

New office building with good parking, stable company, some very good people, encouraged to stay long term, strong commitment to customers and personal service, work life balance

Cons

Lack of basic technology and equipment, political culture, expensive health benefits and the amount you pay is based on your salary, really out of date processes, change is not always welcomed, lots of gossip, don't treat coworkers good, low raises, salaries are low if you aren't in the chosen department

Low Salary for level of claims required to handle. Time off is difficult to take due to claims inventory and lack of management and clerical support.

Nice staff to work with. Good hours. They pay for training to advance career. Company truck.

Cons

Technology is about 10 years behind times. Pay could be more competitive. There is no actual retirement, there is a 401k without company match.
