Pros

Company kept me on during merger with ORCIG, but this company stinks!

Cons

Poor pay, management doesn’t like work from home. Company going through merger and it’s not very communicative with employees about current situation!

Pros

I got to learn more about claims that I took to a new company

Cons

No training on how they handle claims for this company, no leadership from the home office and they do not listen when you have a complaint. It wasn't worth my time to stay and found a better job with new modern equipment, better pay.

Pros

Very little pressure to write new business. Very little authority which helps take blame off the branch underwriters when big claims occur. Signing bonus.

Cons

Very little authority (double edged sword). No upward mobility in the branches. Tons of oversight from home office. Uncompetitive benefits. Old technology.
