Since we've committed to posting all openings internally we have seen an increase in internal mobility, and we're working on several initiatives this year around career growth and development. Not sure if you've discussed your incentive concerns with your Manager and/or HR; if not would welcome the chance to understand this further. Further, turnover has trended down over the last year. We regularly encourage employees to raise concerns about their role and work environment to their Manager and/or Human Resources team.       Management is accessible, company is on a growth path, pay/benefits are median, lots of experienced people around to learn from

      Lots of processes, many of them are outdated Mandatory work from office Office is boring

      Thanks for taking time to provide feedback. As a company that grew quickly during the pandemic and has continued plans for aggressive growth, you're right many of our processes need refined. We're working quickly on these updates. For the most part we follow a 'hybrid' work policy. We continue to work on enhancing the 'in office' experience as employees return to the office more consistently. We also continue to look at our rewards to ensure we remain competitive.
