Thank you for providing feedback. We're glad you've enjoyed our new corporate HQ office, but we're sorry your experience regarding communication and training has been negative. We recently deployed a signage solution we will use for internal communications (screens in our lobby, breakroom, etc.). We have a standard new hire orientation and training curriculums for many of our core servicing departments, and we're currently working with several other functions to flush out similar curriculums. Would love to hear your feedback as you see opportunities for your department, so encourage you to share with your Manager or contact anyone from HR/Corp training team.

Pros

The company’s current standing in the industry, as well as plans for future growth, are shared with employees via consistent “All Hands” virtual meetings lead by the Founder and CEO of BSI and his Leadership Team. Associate Engagement is a big part of BSI’s culture. The Leadership Team consistently shows their appreciation, not only verbally, but by their actions. Individual Growth is encouraged, and tools for that growth are made available. Managers promote work/life balance.
