      Let sales get on with selling

      Pros

      Safe environment, quite friendly family atmosphere. Good work life balance and opportunities for women. 97% return after maternity leave (although down from 99%). Still one of the leading providers in the market. Everybody liking direction and firm decisions from new CEO and changes he is introducing.

      Cons

      "The frozen middle" layer of management mean that some of the great stuff CEO talks about doesn't seem to get through to the people at the bottom. Poor HR policies - seem too content to let really good people go at the moment.

      Pros

      Company has a great mission, cutting edge portfolio of services. Really has the potential to rocket> The leadership team is smart and savy and they truly have a great customer base and great front line employees.

      Cons

      Haven't invested enough in frontline support to make sure that we are offering quality of service, Haven't offered raises in 3 years. Each division works as it's own separate entitiy duplicating efforts or worse sabotaging efforts of other sales team. Even though GLT is great, Middle Management is not. There is too much politics and not enough action.
