Pros

There are some very decent employees here trying to do the best with the cards that are dealt being mixed in with the scourge, but nothing about this company maintains an ounce of credibility.

Cons

Very strange and surreal environment. If you have a history of working with reputable companies then this is definitely going to be different for you....Welcome to the Ghetto. Broken and outdated instruments left saturated in old media and and samples. Work orders demanded with no access to funds or materials to start the process. When you seek corrective action for reported issues management will look you dead in the eye and say its not true, didn't happen, wasn't reported. Then make up stories of non compliance about the employees who reported the issues. In other departments lower level employees will be hired for extremely low pay and worked 12hr days consecutively doing Senior Associate work. The medical benefits are horrible and atop of that there are absolutely no perks at all. Of course there's no bonuses because they cant obtain enough revenue to do so let alone pay their employees a decent wage. It's a revolving door of talent that knows better and gets out fast. The work culture is sinister to say the least.

Pros

Wish I could give you a Pro for working here but I can't. It's a paycheck but nothing more, and even that wasn't worth staying for.

Cons

Never in all my career have I ever had the misfortune to work with such callous, lazy and neglectful management. Truly one of the most pathetic working environments I've ever had the displeasure of finding myself in. Any and all interaction was met with conflicting or unclear work direction, dismissive attitudes, def ears, and flat out in your face lies. My supervisor gave me no more than 2hrs of their time for the duration of my employment here and only 1 hr of that was 1:1. Unfortunately management also adds to the problem by ignoring others as well, unchecked and unmanaged employees that are left to generate an atmosphere of inappropriate communication, chaos, disarray, and passive aggressive conduct. Some simply do not have the experience or understanding how to properly perform their job or the tasks given to them, while others are just overworked and massively underpaid for the work criteria they do perform. The work culture here is without a doubt deplorable. I once balked in disbelief when a co-worker relayed to me that a certain member of upper management sat in his office writing falsified good reviews for this company. Now I see first hand why. So much for transparency. Low pay, abuse, and high expectations with absolutely no material to work with and no gratitude. The turnover rate is extremely high. Very few employees have been here over a year aside from upper management and many for no more than 2 to 6 months.

Pros

BTS offers a lot of experience, and gives a lot of opportunity to learn. It's a small company but it allows you learn about the different jobs that are being ran, and understand both aspects of the company. BTS allows you to become well rounded, and taught how to become a multi-tasker and become good at it, and to get close with all of your co-workers and develops healthy relationships.

Cons

The most challenging part is the hours, and not being felt as appreciated, working with a small company it's easy to feel like what you do is not enough and you're not getting recognized for all the things you do. Words can only go so far, but actions speak so much louder. Being short staffed is another issue, but I think every place runs into that problem.
