BVI is undergoing a period of significant change. There is a lot of excitement around what is to come and there are opportunities to get involved in ongoing projects. Development opportunities are plenty and leadership allows their people to make empowered decisions within their roles.

Cons

With change, can come frustration at times but a positive mindset can turn this into focus, resulting in better things
