Pros

- We always move in the same direction, with the same values. It is very important to belong to a International Group having the same objectives.

Cons

As we are always growing and changing strategies, the best way is to communicate quicklier. Proactivity is already our pillar, but we can still improve it

Pros

First of all, working in an ambitious medical devices company is inspiring because the final goal of your daily tasks is to improve the patients' quality of life. BVI offers lot of challenges and opportunities in an international environment, allowing riche exchanges. BVI doesn't forget to also invest in the human wellbeing and create a big family.

Cons

The work's organization could be more efficient. We are working on it with the Future in Focus !

They have been very supportive when I disclosed that I have a disability. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. There is a strong international, global culture. The company is growing rapidly.

The company is changing very rapidly as it grows, meaning there is a lot to learn just to keep up.
