Pros

Great Company to work with, with support and growth mindset. Great job opportunities within the group: I started as customer service 10 years ago, moved to Sales, Marketing and now Communication You have a suggestion? share it! No admin burden if the suggestions aims to improve work efficiency

Cons

The fast pace the company is moving at can be scary, but you get the support you ask to do the job as best as you can.

Pros

Amazing people! We are all moving together in the same direction, everyone is giving their best, a lot of talents. Also a lot of communication from leadership team and CEO, much appreciated.

Cons

The company grew fast, there might be confusion within the different teams across countries. People need time to find a pace of working that suits everyone.
