The management really invests on people and helps develop your potential, they increase your confidence. The Senior Management also promotes career development (vertically and horizontally) and it's not uncommon for one employee to move around departments.

A lot of emphasis on recruitment to get the right candidate but also to be the right company for the candidate (2 way street). Training program is good - team is very friendly and helpful to answer any questions. No blame culture - management and colleagues are always supportive to ensure you are developing. Development plan is great with a lot of career opportunities, the company is open to invest in talent.
