This entire company is absolutely wretched. They rob military families of their military housing money and offer inadequate housing in most bases . Their maintenance staff is mostly inexperienced. The top people in this company have made careers robbing military families and the dod housing of money. The majority of staff at every level that I came in contact with was inexperienced in their respective departments and lacked integrity and honesty in their work ethic. Of you speak out against the wrongdoing within this company, it's all c9veredup and you will suffer repercussions. I witnessed this often and had experienced it personally at the end.

Big company resources - good software, equipment, etc.

I'm not sure if management has no idea how large construction projects work, or legitimately just don't care about the employees. Likely a combination of both. There aren't enough hours in a day for one person to manage every trade (site work, MEP, structural, facade, finishes, etc.) on a $100+ million job, but that's what is expected when you work in this particular office as an engineer. On top of that, upper management looks at you as a scapegoat for every issue instead of having your back and working through problems. This was hands down the worst experience of my career and would advise anyone considering working in the Charleston office to look elsewhere.
