      BBC is a very forward-thinking, employee-centered firm with strong principles and a wonderful working environment. They focus on client satisfaction and developing their employees.

      Cons

      In some locations, they're top-heavy. It's a good company to work for early in your career. Once you get to a certain point in your career, however, there is no room for advancement.

      The company works hard to promote collaboration. There are many opportunities to grow within the business. The leaders are open to ideas for improvement. There seems to be a drive nationally to be a leader in technology and sustainability.

      Cons

      Can be clique-ish, especially with upper management. Management can be inaccessible for periods of time. Can be a bit "corporate". Slow to hire the right people.
