      Some decent processes in place, some commission opportunities and various communities you can work in or move up in the job world.

      Generally the company culture tries to shame people into getting the most work out of people for low pay until they quit.

      Pros

      I love working with my team and we all get along. Plus the residents are happy and we all bond over being military family's. It's a great community and seeing my team along with dealing with residents is the only reason I still come to work.

      Cons

      They pay is absolutely horrendous and a slap in the face. If no raises are provided then most of us will walk. Not to mention that the systems have just been updated from the late 80's to the recent 2000's. Not even in the 2020's time frame with tech which is sad. They just started using Docusign but restrict us from making our work life easier. Asking for change is like asking to sacrifice your soul, aka people don't like change which is funny because their "We Care" policy is garbage. Not to mention you should throw your safety out the window because they will not care. Everything is backwards with the company and if you try to reach out for help you get slapped on the hands and thrown into the box to be shunned.
