Too many hands in the pot that don’t do the job personally which makes it hard for those of us that do it faithfully. Changing things that don’t need to be changed. Working harder not smarter. Rather see good workers go than to make a change. Expect a lot of you so it’s very draining when you don’t have the support needed to do the job. Many new people come on and get thrown into the work without proper training due to the high turn over(which causes them to quit as well)Having folks help with scheduling that don’t know what they’re doing which makes it even harder for those of us that do due to the fact we’re having to move stuff around because they tend to overbook the techs. Just a nightmare.
