-Salary and Compensation is relatively comparable to other leading General Contractors.

Cons

-Training system both online and in-person is outdated, the whole system needs a makeover -Upper management is not honest about business performance. Lay-offs happen even when management boasts job security from awarded projects in Quarterly Breakfasts. - "Fellow employee" is barely a word when most people don't know you due to lack of camaraderie, it is much weaker than all the competitors. - The most confident and proficient employees came from competitive General Contractors where they received valuable training and experience. BBC does not know how to grow and develop employees internally.

Corporate really drives in we are a billion dollar company but really doesn't treat their employees well despite their flex. For a Billion dollar company they sure have crappy benefits.

no family life. Money Is terrible considering the time they take from you. they talk to you like a child. Drama among management is awful. They cut corners in their houses but will spend thousands on a house for their office
