Pros

As an organization they are making a concerted effort to keep up with current demands, trends and remain competitive

Cons

The demands, workload and deadlines compared to the staff ratio is unrealistic. Additionally, the corporate office supposedly is in existence as a hub for support. However, often times one is left to question what that support really is. Unfortunately, the lack affects the customer both internally and externally.

Stable work environment with several advancement opportunities within the company. They offer generous vacation time and floating holidays throughout the year. Balfour Beatty encourages volunteering in the community. Opportunity to earn bonuses.

Cons

Some of the work is redundant. You can't take maternity leave until you've been employed for an entire year. Pay is alright, but could be more competitive.

Cons

The Drive to and from work Not everyone gets paid Auto Allowance (was bad for me when I started with the company until I get promoted that's when I started receiving auto allowance pay) sometimes upper management don't response in a timely fashion
