serving military families deal with inadequate housing. Job security due to constant brake downs and emergencies.

Cons

horrible work environment, abusive non-caring leadership. Lowww wages, 70-80 hour week (not compensated).

Awful communications Not prepared Unrealistic work load for everyone including managers Good customer service is not met due to work load Every day same problems with the same people. Daily moral is low
