most field teams I`ve worked with are great. Good experiences. Pay is not horrible.

There is a definite disconnect between office and field. they don`t seem to do a good job a communicating.

Working for a company of this size had a few perks. The major one being they kept everyone up technology wise. They also had things like free gym memberships.

Cons

Working for a company of this size you can get lost in the shuffle. Some managers dont really know how to manage but are good at making themselves look good in front of execs to keep theur job. No company culture. A lot of back stabbing.

Awesome company. Great Compensation. Fun work environment. Great Projects. The internship was a great experience. The company really looks after its employees and does a good job exposing them to a lot of different aspects of their work.

Cons

The amount of work required from project managers and other higher up employees is pretty substantial at times. The skills required are learned over time and not something that anyone can do. The compensation could stand to be a little higher, but the compensation offered by BBC is competitive in the industry. So, it's completely reasonable.
