      Pros

      One fun working for the company, all of the events and time that they put into their employees. Made it worth while to work there.

      Cons

      The latter part of the time that I was there was an issue based on the inability to trust into the company. There was rumblings that there would be a layoff. Of course there was and I was apart of it.

      Pros

      Very employee friendly company. They try very hard to make sure their employees are happy. They believe in continuous training and innovation, almost to a fault. They provide the resources for employees to perform their job. Base salary seems to be within industry standards. With bonuses, profit sharing and 401k match, total compensation package is quite fair. Lot's of talented and friendly employees.

      Cons

      The company is top heavy with too many upper level managers/executives. In an industry the operates on extremely tight margins, supporting the many upper level positions reduces overall profitability of the company. The company struggles with a uniform standard operating procedures. Their SOP change too often. It is difficult to master them before the next change.
